Pages
A page is one tab of notes. Select New page to add a page. Open Page options to select Rename or Delete. You cannot delete the default page or the last page.
Write and format
Type / on a new line to open the menu. It has these items:
- Text, Heading 1, Heading 2 and Heading 3
- Bullet List, Numbered List and To-do List
- Quote and Code
- Image, which uploads an image from your computer
- Ask AI and Voice Note
Select text to change its format: bold, italic, underline, strikethrough and code. You can also change the text color and the highlight color.
Each block has a menu with Turn into, Ask AI, Duplicate, Copy and Delete.
Use AI in your notes
- Type
/, then select Ask AI. - Select some text, then select Ask.
- In the chat, select Save to page to put an answer into your notes.
- In the chat, ask Ask AI to write a note. It can write directly to a page.
Voice notes
- Type
/, then select Voice Note. - Speak. A recording can be up to 3 minutes long.
- Select Stop recording. Gistr writes the text of your recording into the note.
Voice notes are not on the free plan. They use credits, based on the length of the recording.
